Bookings

Booking online holds the slot but doesn't guarantee the work can be done in that window — diagnostics may extend it. We'll phone you to confirm any change.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, it's applied to the final invoice. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the slot, the deposit is fully refunded. Inside 24 hours we may retain it to cover the opportunity cost.

No-shows

Slots that are missed without notice may be invoiced at €30 to cover the bay time. We'll always try to phone you first.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Parts pricing can move with supplier stock — we'll re-quote rather than substitute without your nod.

Payment

Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise. We accept card (in-person or via Stripe online), bank transfer, and cash.

Warranty

New parts carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Labour is warranted for 90 days. Tyres carry the brand warranty.

Limitation of liability

We're responsible for the work we do. We're not liable for consequential losses (rental cars, missed flights, lost earnings) arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

Irish law applies. Disputes are subject to the Irish courts.
